Q: Where is Impact Field located?

Q: How do I get to Impact Field via Public Transportation?
A: The ballpark is accessible via public transit by taking either the Blue line or the Metra and getting off at the Rosemont station. A Rosemont Entertainment Connector Trolley will run with stops at the Rosemont station as well as Impact Field!
Q: Is there parking at Impact Field?
A: Parking is in the garage adjacent to Impact Field for $3 per vehicle (limited availability). Additional parking is available in the Rosemont Entertainment District.
Q: What time does the event and game start?
A: Gates open @ 5:00p, 2 hour Food and Drink starts @ 6:30p, Game starts @ 7:00p
Q: How do I purchase multiple tickets?
A: A unique email is required and can't be avoided for many reasons, but there is an easy way around it!
Email has a neat feature that many don't know about called Plus Addressing. You simply add a plus sign (+) and add any word before the @ sign.
For example: Assuming your main email is asdf1234@gmail.com, you would register yourself with your normal email of asdf1234@gmail.com. And then the next person, call them "Guest1", can be registered as asdf1234+guest1@gmail.com. The next email can be "Guest2", asdf1234+guest2@gmail.com.
Adding the "+something" creates unique email addresses but they all end up in the original asdf1234@gmail.com account. This works for ALL emails!! Not just gmail or yahoo.
Q: If I purchase multiple tickets, will all the seats be issued together?
A: Yup! We have the Leinie Lodge Party Deck so you and your guests can definitely sit together. The Leinie Lodge is equipped with 4 flat-screen TVs, covered and open-air space with tables, couches and drink rails for seating, suite-level restrooms, cornhole game for extra entertainment and two private bars!

Q: Want to throw out first pitch?!
A: The Chicago Dogs is giving RTTR first pitch and we are giving it as part of the highest sponsor level! Reach out to Curt Kessler for more information about this sponsorship level!
Q: What does the adult and kid ticket include?
A: Adult ticket is $75 and includes entrance to the game and two hours of stadium style food, beer, wine and soft drink. Kid ticket is $50 and includes entrance to the game and two hours of stadium style food and soft drink.
Q: How do I donate a silent auction or raffle item?

Q: Is the event dog-friendly?
A: YUP! Well behaved and leashed dogs allowed!
Q: What happens if I purchased tickets but can no longer attend?
A: We apologize but all sales are final and refunds will NOT be issued. Thank you for your understanding! We suggest giving away your tickets as a gift if you can no longer attend. :-)
